SCDOT Videographer Peter Tarpley films an oversized load as it travels down a rural highway on Sept. 26, 2013. Tarpley passed away five days later. A 21-year veteran of the agency, Tarpley produced hundreds of videos across the state regarding transportation projects and issues.
