The finisher is smoothing the concrete surface on Interstate 5 (I-5), one mile south of the Hammer Lane exit in Stockton, California, for the $122.1 million I-5 North Stockton Improvements Project. Caltrans is adding sound walls, auxiliary lanes and car-pool lanes, improving safety and mobility in the Central Valley.
